Beach Bucks is a ten-year-old tourist coupon guide that is distributed in Broward and Key West.  This opportunity is for a part-time sales person to call on and sell new advertisers in Broward. It is a straight-commission sales opportunity–no benefits, unfortunately.  But commissions for new sales are excellent.

For example, a new sale for the minimum six-month cycle (we publish in Jan and July) could generate a commission of up to $750, depending on the rate at which you sell. The rate could vary from a high of $250 for an attraction-type business (such as Jungle Queen) to a low of $150 for a retailer, such as a restaurant or water-sports place (remember, this is tourist-visitor advertising).  So, if you sold a contract for $250 per month, which totals $1500, your commission for the first contract would be the maximum 50%, or $750.  If you sold a retail account for $150 per month, a contract for $900, your commission would be 50% or $450.  There would be a $20 gas bonus with each new sale.  Renewals for new advertisers would be paid at a flat 25%.  (No commissions are available for current advertisers). Clients can provide their own ad, or we can produce one for them upon receiving a deposit.

All sales would have to be validated with a signed sales contract and a deposit of no less than 50%. Your commissions would be paid on collections. The balance for new advertisers would be due when the booklets are printed and distributed.  A 5% discount would be paid to any client who pays a contract in full at signing. The sooner we get our money, the sooner you get yours.  There is no salary, draw or advance available at this time.

You must have reliable transportation and be able to start immediately, as the next booklet is scheduled to be printed by the end of December.. Sales fliers and business cards will be provided as “leave behind” materials. This is a simple product to show and explain.  The appeal of Beach Bucks is its simplicity, the relatively low cost, it’s pocket size design and strong distribution.

There is also an opportunity to earn extra money each month distributing Beach Bucks booklets at hotels.
